you will enjoy, so if you don't see it just let me know what you would like.
Casseroles and Soups
We also have a homestyle Soup and Casserole menu for families who would like to order larger
quantities. This is a more economical plan, being utilized either every two weeks or monthly. These
are great for lunch at home, lunch at work or a quick dinner.
For only $225 we will prepare 8 servings each of 3 items from the Soup and Casserole Menu ($300
for 4 choices and $375 for 5 choices). These are great healthy soups and casseroles made with
fresh ingredients with no additives or preservatives. These are great for whenever the mood hits
you, as they freeze nicely. Packaging is family style! If you would like individual packaging there will
be an additional charge of $15 per item (example: 8 servings each of 3 items, $225 plus $45)

Chicken Noodle Soup - Feel better with a nice bowl of Grandma's Chicken Noodle
Soup. Tender white meat chicken, diced carrots, celery and noodles in a wonderful
chicken broth.
Vegetable Beef Soup - Chunks of lean beef, lots of veggies, diced tomatoes, celery,
carrots, corn, green beans and potatoes.
Cream of Broccoli Soup - Smooth and creamy soup. So good for lunch for work or
home.
Vegetable Soup - A wonderful mix of carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, corn, green
beans, tomatoes and chicken broth.
Mixed Bean Soup - a great mixture of beans to include peas, lentils, navy and lima
beans, with diced carrots, onion and celery. This is a great tasting soup with rich
chicken broth.
Vegetarian Soup - Peas, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, corn, green beans
simmered with parsley and dill.
Minestrone Soup - Red and white beans, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, basil, parsley
and pasta in a tomato broth.
Chili - Ground sirloin with red beans with a tomato sauce. (mild, medium, or hot)

Chicken and Rice Soup - Tender white meat chicken, rice, celery, small shreds of
carrot in a wonderful rich chicken broth seasoned with parsley.
Chicken and Rice Casserole - Boneless white meat chicken, rice and cheese baked
in chicken broth.
Chicken Soup - A great mixture of white meat chicken, potatoes, carrots, green
beans, seasoned with minced onion, celery and parsley, and diced tomatoes.
Chicken, Rice and Broccoli Casserole - White meat chicken, rice, broccoli and
cheese baked in chicken broth.
Spaghetti - baked in a casserole form. spaghetti in a meat sauce topped with melted
mozzarella cheese
Chicken Potato Bake - White meat chicken, sliced potatoes, green beans, diced
tomatoes, and minced onions with a special blend of seasonings. Very good with or
without melted cheese on top. You can add a little jalapeno's for flavor.
Beef and Potato Bake - Ground Sirloin, sliced potatoes, green beans, diced
tomatoes, and minced onions with a special blend of seasonings. Very good with or
without melted cheese on top. This is so good and can be made with almost any kind of
meat you like. Good with chicken, ham, turkey, ground beef, beef or pork roast, steak,
shrimp, you name it, its good! This can also be made with any kind of left over meat.
Corn Chowder - Made with a wonderful mix of corn, potatoes, onion, celery, bell
pepper, vegetable or chicken broth, and great seasonings. This can also be made with
chicken. Served with a green salad.
Italian-Style spaghetti Squash - This is a very good meal for anyone that wants spaghetti but
doesn't want the calories. This is good for vegetarians also. Many people like this even if they are
not on a diet. If you like you can add your choice of ground sirloin, ground turkey, or chicken
chunks or shrimp.
