This just a few of the many dishes we can prepare for you. If you have certain
favorite dish you like just let us know.
Stuffed Peppers - with rice, cheddar cheese and garnished with bacon. Oh so
good!
Seafood Paella - white fish, rice, peas, shrimp seasoned with a great mix of
seasonings garnished with lemon wedges.
Wild Rice Stuffing - a mix of rice, pecans, onion, celery, and mushrooms.
Roanoke Pecan Stuffing - wild rice, chicken stock, mix of chopped carrots,
onion, mushrooms, celery, parsley, sage and chopped pecans, with fresh made
corn bread.
Pumpkin Bread - made with all those wonderful spices and pumpkin. This will
make a great snack, after dinner treat or a great gift. Order yours today!
Apple Pie - made with wonderful fresh apples and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Pecan Pie - This is a great pie. Served with whipped cream. If you are doing
exchanges: 1 starch/bread, 1 fruit, 1 fat, calories 185
Christmas Fruit Loaf - along with all those ground spices it has candied
cherries, candied pineapple, dates, raisins, currants, candied orange and
lemon peel, and chopped walnuts. This is only 90 calories and 1 1/2 fruit
exchange for a 1 ounce slice.
