These are some of the most-asked questions.
1. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, we only take payments through Paypal. By using only Paypal you
never have to worry about who has your payment information. We
never ask you for any payment info and neither will our vendors.
2. What do I do if someone ask for my payment information?
Contact us right away if anyone ask for your payment information.
Get as much info about the person as you can and never give your
information to anyone other than Paypal. We never ask for payment
information and none of our vendors will either. This is very important
to us and we need to know if anyone is doing this at once, so it can be
taken care of as soon as possible. NEVER GIVE YOUR PAYMENT
INFORMATION TO ANYONE OTHER THAN PAYPAL!
3. Do you sell my information?
More Special Foods does not rent or sell information they receive
from web orders or email registrations to third parties. For more
information see our Privacy Policy.
4. When will my credit card be charged?
With Paypal your money is taken out of your account right away.
5. What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received
by the order department. If there is a problem with your order,
one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone
or email.
6. What if they are out of what I ordered?
If you order something that isn't marked sold, but it is sold out
you will be contacted by email. You will be given the option to
change your order or cancel it. You can also choose to be put on
back order.
7. How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
Each item is shipped by each vendor location therefore, you
will need to read the description of each item to get the shipping
charges.
8. Do you offer delivery outside the continental United States?
No, not at this time. We hope to change this soon.
9. Do you offer overnight delivery?
Yes, certain items may be delivered overnight. If it is available for that
certain item there will be a payment button marked overnight.
10.Do you offer same day delivery?
No, unfortunately we don't offer same day delivery at this time.
11.Can I send a gift certificate instead of ordering an item?
Yes, many of our customers would rather let their family and
friends pick out what they would like to order.
12.What kind of certificate will it be?
It will be a More Special Foods certificate that you can use for
any vendor on our website.
